Why is smoking cessation offered as a 3-session package?

Smoking is often rooted in habit, emotional patterns, and subconscious conditioning. A three-session package allows time to gently release these patterns and reinforce lasting change.

 

How long is each session?

Each session is approximately 1 1/2 hours.

 

Are sessions online or in person?

Both options are available, with generally the same results.

 

Do I need to quit before starting?

No. You do not need to quit beforehand. We meet you where you are.

 

Is quitting guaranteed?

Results vary. Hypnosis supports change, but your willingness and participation are essential. No outcome is guaranteed.

 

What if I need more support?

Additional or reinforcement sessions are available if needed. Fees can be discussed at that time.
