What is Gentle Hypnosis?

Gentle Hypnosis is a relaxed, natural state of focused awareness where we work with the subconscious mind in a safe, supportive way. You remain aware and in control the entire time. This approach is calm, intuitive, and designed to help you access insight, release blocks, and create positive change.

 

Do you offer sessions online and in person?

Yes. I offer both online and in-person sessions, and clients typically experience the same depth and results with either option. Online sessions are conducted via zoom in a quiet, private space of your choosing. In-person sessions are held in a comfortable, grounded setting at Soul Tribe in Mars.

 

How long is a session?

A typical Gentle Hypnosis session lasts about 2 hours. This allows time for intention-setting, guided hypnosis, integration, and discussion afterward so you feel supported and complete.

 

Will I need more than one session?

It depends on the issue and your personal goals. Some people experience meaningful shifts in one session, while others benefit from a follow-up session to deepen the work, address additional layers, or reinforce changes. We will always check in together and decide what feels right for you.

 

Will I be asleep or unconscious?

No. You are not asleep and you are never unconscious. You remain aware, present, and able to speak or move at any time. Hypnosis feels similar to deep meditation or daydreaming—relaxed, focused, and safe.

No. Gentle Hypnosis is a holistic, supportive modality, think of it as getting to know your inner self, your true self. This is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. It works beautifully alongside therapy, coaching, or other healing practices.


Do I need to prepare for my session?

I will send you an email on how to prepare, after the session is scheduled
It helps to:
• Be well-hydrated
• Avoid alcohol or heavy substances beforehand
• Have a quiet, private space (especially for online sessions)
• Be open and willing to relax

No special experience with meditation or hypnosis is needed.


What does it feel like after a session?

Most people feel calm, clear, grounded, and lighter afterward. Some experience emotional release, new insights, or subtle shifts that continue unfolding over days or weeks.
